FAQ
Clear answers before you run a checkup.
Thorost checks public-facing business information. These answers match the current live product and avoid promises the scanner cannot support yet.
What information does Thorost need?
A business name and city or area are needed to find the right public listing. If you request follow-up, the form may also ask for a contact method and any notes you choose to provide.
Does Thorost need access to my Google account?
No. The initial checkup reads public-facing information and does not require a Google password or listing access.
Is the checkup free?
The initial checkup is free. If you want help correcting issues, Thorost can provide a clearly scoped cleanup plan. Ongoing monitoring can be offered separately.
How is the score calculated?
The score is a diagnostic guide based on public details, trust signals, and customer-action paths Thorost can check. Unavailable checks are identified separately and do not automatically lower the score.
What sources are checked?
The current live flow uses public listing data such as Google Places and website checks when available. The sample report shows the broader diagnostic structure Thorost is designed around.
How long does the checkup take?
The live form attempts an initial public-presence scan after you confirm the business. If a source is unavailable, Thorost shows a partial or failed state instead of pretending the scan completed.
Can Thorost fix the issues?
Yes, cleanup help can be scoped after the initial checkup. Thorost does not make listing or website changes without approval.
Will I receive a sales call?
The initial scan does not require an account. If you submit contact information for follow-up, Thorost may use it to respond about the checkup or cleanup request.
What types of businesses can be checked?
Thorost is best suited for local businesses customers contact, visit, book, or order from, including service businesses, restaurants, shops, clinics, and appointment-based businesses.
What happens if Thorost finds multiple business locations?
You must choose and confirm the correct listing before the checkup runs. This prevents scanning the wrong location.
